Our breathtaking restaurant is characterized by magnificent chandeliers, sumptuous seating and ambient lighting evoking the timeless, effortless grandeur of a Parisian style brasserie.

In direct contrast to the atmospheric, romantic style of our flagship Bisque restaurant, our newly, yet sympathetically built Orangery links with our Garden Suite to offer a contemporary outside/in dining experience.
In addition, our menus can be enjoyed in our equally light-filled dining spots, The Brodick Restaurant; lounge & drawing-room.

Enjoy our Lounge, Study and Drawing Room to discover an exclusive selection of cocktails, rare spirits, fine wines, beer & cider. After dinner retire to our Lounge boasting its famous gated Malt Room to sample from a diverse selection of over 120 rare and world-renowned whiskies.
Our culinary values are demonstrated in our motto “Ad Virtutem Nitens” – the pursuit of excellence, which of course extends to the ingredients we source. Allowing the seasons to guide us, we work with the very best suppliers, growers, farmers & makers in Scotland. Much of our seafood is sourced from nearby waters, whilst meat and vegetables are often hand-selected from family-run farms in both Ayrshire and Aberdeenshire.
