 We are finally open on 26th April! Our team is working very hard to prepare for the fantastic opening and to welcome all of you to Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa. Our hotel is implementing all necessary safety procedures to ensure that our guests are able to have a luxury experience while being safe.
All of the guests that enter the premises will have to scan a QR code for Check-In Scotland. It is required that all guests wear face masks while walking through the hotel. As previously, all the facilities are open for re-opening, including the spa, Bisque Restaurant, the Drawing Room, Lounge & Malt Room, and the newly opened outdoor Marquee. Following the current Government guidelines, alcohol consumption is allowed in the outdoor areas while the indoor facilities only allow non-alcoholic drinks. Our opening times will be stated below. –
We are working hard to accommodate existing bookings, and welcome new enquiries & are pleased to announce that if anyone is in possession of our Costley & Costley gift vouchers that have already expired or are due to expire by the end of May, have been extended to the 30th November 2021. We, please ask that if you are making a reservation with an expired voucher, you make us aware of this at the time of booking & contact us as soon as you have desired date in mind due to high demand.

How can I book?

The easiest and quickest way to book a table at Bisque is to call us on 01292 313 343.

What are your opening hours?

 Our Normal Hours are as follows. Please allow for current Government restrictions due to Covid regulations.

  • Our Breakfast menu is served from 7am-10am
  • Our Lunch menu is available from 12pm- 2.30pm (until 3pm on Sunday)
  • Dinner service begins at 6.30pm-9.30pm (until 10pm April to September)

Do I need to book a table?

We request advance booking only for breakfast service, at all other times we welcome walk-in diners. However, to avoid disappointment, especially for those wishing to dine with us at the weekend, we advise booking at least 2-3 days in advance.

We accept bookings up to six months in advance

Do you have a bar area?

Bisque has a small elegant bar area near our entrance, however, you are more than welcome to visit the well-appointed Malt Room, Lounge & Study of Lochgreen House Hotel both before and after your meal.

What can you arrange for special occasions?

We would be delighted to arrange or accommodate special touches to make your celebratory meal extra special. Please email the reservations team at lochgreen@costley-hotels.co.uk to plan the perfect surprise.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We typically change our vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free menus with each season. These menus should be accessible here, however, should they be unavailable, please do get in touch with us with your particular requirement at least 24hrs in advance of your booking and we will create something special to suit!
