Covid -19 information to Guests
Following UK Government Guidelines, all of our Hotels, Restaurants and Spa will be temporarily closed until the situation is reviewed in accordance with Government guidelines. During these unprecedented times, we greatly appreciate the support and custom of our guests and suppliers.
Whilst we remain in lockdown, our staff are busy working from home where possible. We will be working closely with Customers who have bookings or vouchers to reassure them and minimise disruption. We are also looking ahead to accommodate bookings. We thank you for your support and co-operation during this difficult time for everyone and wish you all well.

To allow for increased health & safety measures to safeguard the spread of Covid-19 we have temporarily suspended our all-day lunch menu. Temporary sittings are as follows:
We request advance booking only for breakfast service, at all other times we welcome walk-in diners. However, to avoid disappointment, especially for those wishing to dine with us at the weekend, we advise booking at least 2-3 days in advance.
We accept bookings up to six months in advance
Bisque has a small elegant bar area near our entrance, however, you are more than welcome to visit the well-appointed Malt Room, Lounge & Study of Lochgreen House Hotel both before and after your meal.
We would be delighted to arrange or accommodate special touches to make your celebratory meal extra special. Please email the reservations team at lochgreen@costley-hotels.co.uk to plan the perfect surprise.
We typically change our vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free menus with each season. These menus should be accessible here, however, should they be unavailable, please do get in touch with us with your particular requirement at least 24hrs in advance of your booking and we will create something special to suit!
